Each order - is a source of new ideas, new visions, new projects and knowledge.

 
 

2. Contact Us:

All you have to do is choose a product which you want to customize and click the "Ask a question" on the product page to write all your wishes in materials, color, other refinements or send us an example or a sample layout. You can also send us your wishes thru an email: sales@myfancycraft.com

3. Designing Stage:

At this stage it is very important to have interaction between the customer and artisan. Our artisans visualize your desired product and proceed with the implementation of the order after receiving an approved rendered product design.

 
 

4. Payment:

Once the final product design has been chosen, we will send you a message with the price. As soon as payment is made, we begin to create your item. Payment options include: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

5. Crafting:

Since each item is made exclusively for you, production time may vary depending on the design. Estimated time of production is 7-14 days

 
 

6. Packaging:

We take great care of our products and ensure that they get packaged accordingly with quality packaging materials. There is also an option to have your product packaged as a gift.

 

7. Shipment:

Once your product is shipped, we provide you with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at any time. Delivery time varies depending on which country it is sent to, usually is around 14-21 days.

   

8. Feedback:

Once you receive your product we would like to hear from you. Getting feedback is important to us because we care about satisfaction of every our customer.
